Only troubl we had was getting into the app on self return and trying to send pictures. Nothing wanted to send after nearly40 min we just left the key in the drop box.

I spent almost 3 hours just getting through verification for picking up the vehicle, all to be told that I would have to come back during business hours. Which isn't why I rented it tonight purpose wise.
Jean FrostThis location is fine. We would rent from here again IN PERSON! However, use caution when using the 24/7 app after hours or on weekends to pick up the truck. We arrived an hour later than we had reserved the start time for, which was our fault. But the app cancelled our order since we were late, so we had to call customer service to get it reset in order to get the keys.. We were then given the code to the wrong set of keys through the U-Haul app. We knew because when my husband tried the keys in the truck with the matching truck number we were given, the key didn’t work. So he tried the key in the other trucks on site and it worked in a smaller truck that we didn’t reserve (it was a truck that someone else had JUST returned and they had put the keys in the key box). It took a couple of phone calls to get things straightened out. Customer service line was great. Very friendly and helpful. Finally got it all sorted out after about 45 min. Our requested furniture blankets weren’t in the reserved truck. They forgot to put them in there. Nothing could be done about that at this point. The company later refunded our money for the blanket charge in the original request. We would rent here again in person…but not doing the app again to pick up. Too many variables to go wrong on an already stressful moving day.
