My final bill was higher than originally signed for. I called customer service and was told I would receive a phone call from the location the next day due to me disputing the charge and never received a call. My card was charged today for additional fees. Not happy at all with that.

Gabriela B.I rented a 15' truck and was supposed to be able to pick it up using the app and the agreement that I filled in on line, instead I had to wait for the location to open, stand at the counter and have the same paperwork filled out. At which time the service person added coverage to my rental at $15.00. I used the truck for 13miles, my total charges should have been around $45.00 and somehow I was charged over $90.00. Buyer beware! Will never rent from here again!
