the drop off location was fine. I did not interact with any personal or go inside. I just had to drop off the keys. But it was very easy and fast.

Convenient location & reasonable cost for truck rental.
Daniel SThe location was a small part of a vehicle repair shop apparently. It was difficult to find from the road since there was minimal signage, and looked to just be a small drop-off and pick-up point without the other features of other U-Haul stores/locations. The restroom was clean
RAYMOND JYour app has yet to work properly. I was not able to pickup the truck without going to the front desk and wasting 10 minutes.
FRaNK CThe truck that was provided had a bad battery that caused TWO breakdows before UHaul roadside service finally had the battery replaced, costing me a great deal of time. None of the supplies I paid for were provided. I had to pick up using the UHaul app, and it was a nightmare. Freezing in cold New England weather with constant 25mph winds blowing, and the app refused to recognize me from a selfie, and insisted then that I then had to upload passport pictures, contact info, etc., again, all the while freezing to the point I could barely feel my fingers anymore. I eventually had to call Uhaul support to get approval so I could claim my rental. It was beyond ridiculous.
