The app didn’t work and trying the web was worse. Eventually an agent called me as he had seen somehow my troubles. The agent that ultimately help me to pickup the vehicle manually was excellent. But I still spent 1.5 hours trying to check in electronically. Agent : 10. App : -10

Shane JI explained to the Uhaul people that the keys had been locked at my employers house and I could not get in and the van was in a small fender bender and was towed. Someone needs to explain to those poor people at the store
