The print out page was so poor that it could not be read. I had to call Uhaul to get proper phone numbers. The truck had to be swept before we could use it and the ramp was covered in dried mud. I rented on Tuesday feb 6 at 8 am and returned same day to different location which was closed at approx 6:30 pm. Called to get gate code to drop off truck so it is on record with Uhaul and yet my truck was"checked in" Friday morning and I was charged 2 extra days. When I called in to report this I was told they would"investigate" and I have received no refund of my money. Quite a scam.

Scott GThe owner was VERY rude, cocky and disrespectful. I am both mentally disabled and 96% physically disabled. Plus I am deaf from both ears. When owner/manager of store was going over paperwork with me and asking questions, he was at a distance from me. Facing his computer. When I asked him several times to please repeat himself and face me when he talks he got huffy puffy and raised his voice. He showed he was getting mad and irate with me having to ask for him to repeat himself and for his help. Then he brought me the dolly which was not easy to move. the wheel on it was stiff. I felt intimidated to even bother him for another one. Instead I left to truck to inspect and leave. When I arrived later that evening to drop off truck, I was 2 hours over my time. I took dolly inside his store and proceeded to explain to him that the dolly does not work very well at all, but he raised his voice and told me to leave it there and go. So in fear of my life I left dolly and went to take truck where he told me I better park it. Otherwise I'd be charged extra for not parking where I go it from. Next morning he put on my final bill that I barely checked in that morning. He then charged me double on the bill. Twice on everything that I had checked out. This facility IS NOT disabled friend. Nor is it worth for anyone to use of service. I strongly suggest U-Haul company strip this facility/owner the rights of any affiliation with this company. Not unless this is the way U-Haul is conducting business now.
Carlos EI pulled up at 7:50pm and the store clerk said he will not check me in for me to drop keys in box or come back the next morning. Had a attitude and I told him store doesn’t close until 8pm he said he was not checking in no truck right now said store was closed but another customer came through drive through and was taken care of.
