I questioned why our rental was so much higher than I expected. He said he didn't know and couldn't answer or help because he didn't rent it to us. It was about $150 more than what I was expecting. I called and have submitted a complaint about it.

I really connected well with the staff, as they were amiable and/or efficient, which I appreciate. Customer parking would be great! However, that appears unlikely given the surrounding property.

When we went to return the truck. My husband drove the truck and I drove our car so he would have a ride home. There is hardly any parking at this location. I was only going to be there for the drop off (5-10 minutes). One of your employees came to my window, immediately, and aggressively told me I couldn't park where I was, which was a completely clear/empty truck spot near the actual parking along the side of the building out of everyone's way. He demanded that I move and made me park in the front. There were all kinds of trucks and people leaving where he was telling me to go. That spot was also meant to be backed into but there were trucks everywhere so that was impossible. Parking there meant I'd have to go out the wrong direction. If that weren't bad enough the spot did not have any kind of yellow raised cement parking stop to prevent you from not realizing in the chaos that there was a huge drop off at the front of the parking spot that I was demanded to park in against my wishes due to all if the above. I'm not sure my car is damaged or not. My car pulled funny on the drive home and I've scheduled a check up at a mechanic Wednesday. I will need a UHaul contact to send information from the mechanic. You guys need to figure out your parking problem and the parking spot i was forced to park in needs a proper stop because the drop off is not visible and a serious hazard to small cars like mine. Highly dissatisfied.

The pick up location was supposed to be on 35th Ave SW in Seattle but I was not informed it had changed. The guy at the first location was a jackass. However, the gentleman at the 15th Ave location was very helpful.

Have more people at the counter on Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. There was a very long line and wait.

The truck 20' driven was not ready for a 2700 drive from Dallas to Seattle. The headlights only lit space up to 3 feet making it super hard to drive at 6pm (night time in Idaho) and almost wrecked because of the lack of visibility. A very disappointing experience overall. I will not being using Uhaul next time.

When I called I was told a reservation was available for the time I needed, I was then put on hold for 20-30 min when I was finally brought back I was told that reservation was no longer available. Then I was told the had to call me back after 1.5 hours I had to call them back and then they final gave me a truck reservation. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've had shit service at this location and it will be the last time I use uhaul period.

I was ignored and sat around for 20 minutes only to finally be recognized and then told I shouldnt have had to wait. Ugh.

Manager is very rood and the app they refer to DOES NOT WORK. Therefore we cannot drop off after hours, having to come next day or be charged $25 for not using an app that DOES NOT WORK!

I was very surprised when I got the bill - this is a dishonest place of business. I had a 4.2 round trip with the truck and it was 1/2 tank when I gave it back. Then I got a huge bill overcharging for what was not true... 9miles and to fill up the tank to 1-4. I then saw all the other reviews on Yelp and was not surprised, this location is robbing customers for a while. I do hope U-haul would respect its brand enough to look into it...

The guys working there are very direct, which some may find off-putting or think that they are being rude. They were very pleasant and friendly. Very fast service, little wait and convenient pick up and drop off.

I think her name was Jeanne, the only gal working at the 15th West location, was a real pleasure to work with. She was actually helping 3 people at a time. Hollywood did not smile say hi, good afternoon or address any customers waiting.

I arrived at approx. 6:50 am to pick up a reserved 10ft truck. It was totally dark outside here in Seattle. When I saw the truck size I asked if they had something smaller and they exchanged my reservation with a van. I picked up my papers, walked outside and the gentleman handed me the keys and I left. All of this interaction was captured on multiple cameras btw. I drove a total of about 12 miles from point A on Mercer street via highway to point B on Jackson street. Only items in the van were random personal household items I could load on my own. I’m 5’2 and weigh 104 lbs so this was just an easy way to transport more fragile items than having the movers do it. Here is where the story turns: I return the van and I’m searching for my sunglasses when some random guy walls up and asks me if I’m returning the van. (he never identified himself-I find out later, after he runs and hides off site somewhere, his name is Mark, the GM. I respond yes and without hesitation he asks, did you hit something? I said No, why are you asking me that? (I was very confused as I thought he was making a rude joke about women drivers etc). He said well did you see the dent at the top corner of the van? I said, what are you talking about? I get out of the van and way high on the top right corner is some dent I had no clue was there. He immediately stated, we are going to assess this damage to you. I emphatically stated I had nothing to do with it and that perhaps the person before me dropped it off and Uhaul didn’t see it in the dark. He was very rude and said, doesn’t matter, you didn’t mark it so we are charging you. I told him he was being an ass and a jerk and explained to him that his employee simply handed me the keys in the dark and I left. There is ZERO way I could have seen that dent at my height, in the dark on the top of a moving van. So, he runs off and leaves his employees to deal with the issue. The poor guy who was supposed to close the contract cannot read the gas gauge. I used approx 1/2 gallons of gas. He tries to charge me for 4 at $16 per gallon. Then....my contract clearly stated the damage waiver insurance was $10 but they charged me $20. Then, they lied on the accident report (which I never signed or agreed to) that I “didn’t inform them of the damage! I was there for almost 1.5 hours and they LIE on the report plus make fraudently charges I didn’t not agree to. After I informed them they overcharged me for the CDW and showed proof of it, the employee stated, well, you will have to have the GM give you a refund. !!!!!!! They “close the contracts” before reviewing the charges with the customer. This location is scamming customers. I insisted the GM review the multiple camera tapes as the tapes will clearly show the dent on TOP of the van that I was too short and it was too dark to see will show the damage was already there. He REFUSED!! This is a scam operation at InterBay. They overcharge you for CDW t

Dishonest business practices. We rented a van and $19.99 for 5 hours. I paid for 50 miles which was more than I knew I would be driving. I drove about 35 miles so I expected I would receive a credit. They were busy when I returned the van and the lady at the counter told me I could leave the keys in it and they would take care of it. I told her I had driven under the mileage I had paid for and asked if it would be credited back to my card. She said it would. The final bill stated we had driven 101 miles so they switched us to a daily rate. I know exactly the route I drove and the mileage I put on that van. But I unfortunately trusted them to input this correctly. I spoke with the manager and he refused to credit me the $50 overcharge as he said the mileage was correct. But I looked at the mileage and I know that I was under. I won't do business here again. And I will do my best not to do business with any UHaul business. They should be ashamed.
