Nobody told me I would have to pay $80 more for the cost per mile. I thought i would pay and be done but when I dropped off, I had to pay an additional $80. Make it clear that there is a cost per mile.

Computers were down at your establishment. Workers weren't being helpful at all. They are not trained properly on what to do when your computers crash. They were giving misleading information on how to self check trucks and their attitudes were like '"oh well computers are down".. People were getting frustrating when it wasn't working due to the wrong info passed along from your employees. I ended up doing it myself and did it the correct way with out their help and I tried to explain that they are misleading people and told them how I got it to work.. Worker responded with "your still doing it the wrong waysmall" Please train your staff with the right skills, so this doesn't happen again when your computers crash. Thank you.

The online unlock vehicle experience is god awful. Horrendous process. Walk around the lot in the rain looking for your vehicle. That’s after 20 mins trying to register. Then the van is not avail. Terrible. 0 out of 10

There were many people waiting for trucks and only 1 worker which made the line move incredibly slow. Driver seat on my rental did not adjust. I never received the furniture pads I ordered with the truck. I attempted to dispute the charge online and was given a message stating a representative would be in touch in 24-48 hours. I was never contacted and instead emailed a receipt stating that I am being charged then full amount. Incredibly poor customer service.

I did self check in, had to wait 15 minutes for the clerk to hand me the keys. I get they are busy, but why spend all with money on a great online checkin experience when it gets ruined by your shop clerks not following the rules (put the keys in the outside lockbox) very frustrating as they don’t seem to care.

There were no workers inside the office there was about six people waiting in line people were buying boxes and moving materials and packing materials and ended up putting everything back in several people laughed I waited for a half an hour before our worker finally came in to help people and it was extremely inconvenient when people are on a time schedule when they're moving stuff to have to wait that long just to have a work or even coming to the building where you're waiting

Front desk was not very helpful during checkin and kept telling me to book using my phone even though I told him many times I already had a reservation.

Your touchless check-in process is so bad that I will never do it again. My original reservation was unable to check me in. Then, when I went inside they tried 4-5 times to check me in and the system said I was still "in" the reservation, which was blocking them. So we had to create a new reservation. Thank goodness for the courtesy of the gentleman that helped me out. As for your no-touch experience, asking me for contact information, employer information, Passport, etc. has never been a prerequisite in the past. Not to mention you then call those people without informing me that it's the reason you requested their name/phone. Next time, I'll just deal with the Home Depot process, which takes about 7 minutes. It's cheaper, faster and more a more reliable and consistent experience.

I went 12 miles and the fuel gauge moved to such an extent as to enable your crew to rationalize charging me for 2 gallons of fuel. That is 12 miles with no time spent idling. In addition the truck was not there when I arrived to pick it up.
