The guy at the location made me wait for 45 minutes even if i have booked a reservation early and had to tell him the details i have filled already through my phone. And the guy even charged me for the damage collision fee that i wasn't signed up for. He was very unprofessional and way slow.

Kashif K.Window and inside are dirty, hard to see well shield window. Gas was 3/4 gas, drive in city not much drive just one trip in city so I fill up full gas, I pay more gas. Return to U Haul and drop off key mailbox. They charge me $6.90 for what?
