If it hadn't been for the help of this manager from the nearby location, it really would have been impossible... Apparently everything in this location is online and for people like me it is a bit difficult, I would have preferred if they told me that I had to do everything in the website
Fernando G.I was not used to the online check in but the uhaul rep helped me out. The van had mud in it and did not smell great. I don't think it was cleaned but I asked for a refund on the cleaning since I didn't mess it up.
