The guy didn't know how to hook the trailer up to my truck. He sent me across town to a U-Haul place and told me I needed a different hitch. At the other place they showed me how to hook it up. I went back and had to get on my knees in the dirt to hook up the trailer. My leg got cut by a rock in the dirt. I would like a credit back to my card I paid with for the inconvenience & for the injury.
