Tim was a great guy. He came right out. Totally took over. Took off the trailer quickly efficiently. Looked liked he'd done it a few times. Didn't need my help at all. I offered. He kindly declined. Mentioned his system was rebooting. I could hang around for 15-20 minutes. Or he can take of my paperwork as soon as system comes up?? I kindly said. I trust ya. He said Thank you. I drove away. 22/23 minutes later. I got an email. Verifying rental drop off was completed. Great job Tim. Overall great experience.
