CHARLES LI was a little worried about how service would be based on the location being located inside another business. Normally I rent from a U-Haul facility but I needed to use this business to get the type of vehicle I wanted. The gentleman at the counter was quick, efficient, and personable. He had other customers when I returned, but he was able to complete the transaction quickly and get me on my way. Great service with a smile!!
