I wish there were some sort of policy that the fuel tank needs to be filled over halfway, there was hardly 1/4th tank of gas when I picked up and had to fill up twice. Secondly, the app shut down so many times as I was checking into it and dropping off. I couldn't finish either process because of how the app runs. Lastly, The key was not even in the box it says it was located at. If the business that was located at were not open I would have no truck to use. Overall the pickup was very frustrating- and not new customer friendly.

We arrived for our mobile 24/7 pick-up at 7 pm, the mobile app was not working so we had to call and sit on hold for some time. only to be told they did not have our truck available. we reserved weeks before. we were standing in the parking lot of the Uhaul on the phone for quite some time. then they told us there was an available truck for us at a different location. so we drove over there. then we arrived and the mobile app still did not work after they told us it would. we sit on the phone standing in a dark parking lot in a not-so-great neighborhood/warehouse area. they keep us on hold for a while then hang up on us. this happens 3 times. before we are just about to give up, (5 Hours later) but i needed the truck for a job i had at 5am the next morning. so after midnight we finally get someone to actually help us get the truck. we asked for some sort of discount since we drove all over, wasted 5 hours driving and waiting in parking lots. we were treated rudely as if it was our fault. even though it was your system that went down that night and you showed little to no concern for the fact that we had been standing outside for 5 hours in the dark parking lot waiting for your team to get it together. no apologies or sympathy from Uhaul. just attitude. it made us feel like we didn't matter even though we paid to have this vehicle that day and didn't actually receive the vehicle until after midnight. the back of the truck was dirty and had garbage still in it. the doors were all unlocked. I have pictures of all of this including the lot we had to stand around in for 5 hours. I will absolutely never use Uhaul again after me and my wife went through all this and treated like garbage. I will also be disputing charges as you failed to come through with your end of the contract. which in turn forced me to be up until 3 am packing for my event and only sleep for an hour because i spent the entire night in the Uhaul lot waiting for Uhaul. I am running a business as well and will not depend on such a rachet company again. we will go back with Ryder if this is how you guys treat people. I will also copy and paste this and screenshot it along with my pictures on Google and Yelp. thanks for a horrible experience and an absolute appalling disregard for your customers well being and safety.

Jose CoronadoI had trouble with the Google Maps locating the drop off location somebody needs to correct Google Maps because there's a false entry that caused me to go out of my way. When I arrived there was no sign of business and I had to call U-Haul to find out how and where to drop off the truck. And I have still not received a receipt from this drop off which was 4 days ago.
