The furniture dolly was missing, which caused us to have to find other people to help us move heavy items. Uhaul has yet to remove the charge for the dolly rental.KATHRYN M.
They didn't have the blankets/pads there and instead of trying to accommodate told me to find another location with them to pick up. After hitching the trailer I didn't want to drive around looking for them so that was a bit frustrating.CHRISTOPHER E.

This was supposed to be a contactless pick-up, but the truck was not ready when we arrived. They didn't have the correct dolly, so the whole reservation had to be re-started,and the pads weren't in the truck. The office was small, and none of the men working there was wearing a mask, although the man who was helping me put one on when I said that I was not comfortable going inside the office. A contactless pick-up should be just that - ready to go with no or minimal contact.Carol H.

I had selected this location due to the ability to complete the rental as a "mobile pick up" via the app to make this a contactless transaction (trying to maintain physical distancing as a precaution). However, I had to go inside to retrieve the key, which prevented this from being a contactless rental. If you offer "mobile pick up," please ensure that the transaction can be completed without the customer needing to come inside. Thank you!Kersten H.
Don't advertise that the rental is $29.99. We rented a truck and yes, that was $29.99 but after gas mileage and $14 insurance our total was over $127.88. It was still a good value but way more than you think you're going to pay going into it.Matt G.

Great, quick, friendly service! I did drop back off a 1/2 hour before closing and got a text the next day from uhaul saying it hadn't been dropped off yet. All was fine! I didn't get any extra charges or anything. But I thought you might want to know that that can be stressful for the customer if it doesn't get logged in the day of that a truck is returned. Terrible pick-up experience using U-Haul mobile app. Very slow verification process, incorrect lockbox code which led to a truck switch because thankfully the other lockbox was not locked and a truck key was inside...not the truck I had rented plus the tank was on empty.Stephen H.

I returned it on time but got a call the next day while at work. The first thing that was said was, â€œYou DIDN'T return the truck!â€ Ummmmmm....yes, I did earlier than I was told to. Apparently someone had to move the 10 ft truck after I returned it so another truck could fit into the same space. I just didn't appreciate the accusatory phone call. I even put more gas in than I used. Ughhh. I've always been a good customer over many years and a number of states but this is how I was treated.Terri T.

I may have missed it, but I did not see instructions/location for key return when using the app return method. I did however find key drop box. I paid $10 for the use of 12 moving pads. There was only 5 on the truck. Great experience overall.Gary W.
