Gone to pick up the truck the mechanic had to call his boss who did the check in remotely, adding moving insurance without asking me about it, I did not select any insurance when I booked , nor did I get the 6 moving blankets I paid for . Sent in a complaint U-Haul reply we'll contact you in 4 business days, hasn't happened, was a one way rental , I Was given a much larger vehicle than I requested was told they was booked for the weekend. The 4 15 foot trucks never moved that weekend. I've waited long enough for U-Haul I'm contact my bank to do a charge back. I'll never use this company again. You should find another company.

It took a long time to pick up the trailer. Things were not organized or on time.
Andrew HTruck that I picked up was empty of fuel. Gas tank had multiple holes in it. This affected our move considerably while it took hours for them to find me another truck that was hours away.
Brad CWell, I had a reservation that I made 3 weeks in advance for a 15 foot truck from the Hickey Road location and the lady guaranteed me that it would be available. I received a call 6 days before and was told that I got bumped.. They did compensate me with a 10 foot truck and better rates but i had to pick it up from a different location and this required more trips. Halfway through the rental I received a call asking if I could bring the truck back early to another location, my original location, as another family needed the truck as soon as I was done. We got done early and did return the truck early however, what was told to me at both locations is that head office tells them nothing when changes are made and they end up with disgruntled customers. Communication could be better and reservations should be honored the way that they are made.
