This was a HORRIBLE experience! I rented the truck for Saturday morning at 10am, the confirmation email sent me to one location but the truck was actually reserved at another (further away) location. We ended up starting the day later (she did give us an extra 30 min to compensate, but what about the extra time it took to get to and from the store? Nope, didn't matter), they didn't compensate for the additional miles, and the customer service was a joke. We had a legitimate concern and the problem was on the companies end, not ours, but the manager of the station did not want to help us out in anyway. We were passed around like a hot potato, our time disregarded (yet theirs protected), charged more, given less time... and it was somehow OUR fault. Rude, unyielding, and made a stressful day (moving) worse than it had to be. Next time, I'm using another company.

Customer service at this location is horrible. It takes a long time to even get the attention of an employee, and even then they're slow and inattentive. You have to park on the street and it was an area where I felt uncomfortable leaving my car. I dropped the truck off after hours, and then was charged for gas even though I returned the truck with a full tank... And submitted the photo reflecting this through the app. I called this afternoon and I was told I would get a call back. No one called. I'm going to need a truck for the next two weekends and will not be returning.

I was told to go pick up the rental at a certain location at 8:30am. I showed up there and there isn't a truck available that size. The gentlemen that works there said we were the third person this week that had got sent to that location on error. So we found where we were supposed to go and they said the truck would be ready by 5:30pm. That wasn't feasible because of the help I had and needed at that time for the move. So the woman changed to 11:00am and she said I could have it till 7pm. We got a call at 5:30pm stating we were late and the truck should have been back by 4:30pm and we were getting charged a late fee. I have so much more to say. Last thing, I don't care what I have to pay but I will never use uhaul again and I will share my complete nightmare experience with anyone that is in need of a moving vehicle.

The inside of the truck smells like cat P! I was told that if I did not fill the gas tank back up to the amount that It had when I picked the truck up that I would be charged $4.50 a gallon. I took it to the gas station to fill it up and the gas gauge did not move so I kept filling. I was only supposed to fill it to 3/4 of a tank to return it the way I found it but ended up having to fill the entire tank because the gauge didn’t work. When I informed the staff they said sorry nothing we can do! That’s wrong !

While I have no complaints for the vehicle itself I do have issues with the site. No onsite parking was the first issue I was faced with, having to leave the lot and find suitable parking else where. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the site. When I did go in to get my rental the lady behind the counter was disinterested, mumbled as she spoke, and seemed to operate on autopilot. She paid me no mind when I said I had a confirmation number, instead talking as if on script. She was the owner according to her name tag. In my opinion, no matter how busy or tired you are, if your the owner you have to be the peak of customer service; because that’s what your staff will reference. I will never rent from this location again.

I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service skills the employees had. I arrived at my designated pick up time and was forced out of the store after waiting in line. Luckily, I was able to check in on my phone while I was in line. But the woman in front of me had the police called on her after she refused to leave after the employees told her to call the manager about getting a truck that evening. I was also told that I had 24 hours until I had to return it and was called this morning that it was supposed to be dropped off by 1am. I was then double charged. I'm sorry but that's not how you treat your customers. I own a business and I would NEVER kick customers out so I could go home. You always need to put that customer first they're the ones spending their hard earned money for you to have this job. Treat them with respect and kindness.

As far as the truck, it seemed well maintained, but it was scratched and dented and I was worried that we were going to get blamed from it all. We had to check it over and make sure x's were marked!

My uhaul was damaged when I picked it up and the agent told me that I would be charged for it because she thought I lost my paper work..I feel like that's unfair if I didn't have my paper I would have automatically had to party for damage I didn't cause...I lost the keys because I didn't have internet when I came to drop off the van so I couldn't leave the keys..I took them home and set them down I called the next day and accepted the extra day charge but the agent told me that I would be charged for the key even though I was charged already for the second day..I just feel like nobody explained the drop off process to me..until now!!!

Gas cap came apart in my hands and was not able to put gas in. Went back and the agent took a channel lock to it and unscrewed it Had to go BACK to the gas station to put gas in. Agent was not cooperative.
