I rented a U-haul van from this location and had an excellent experience!! I made a reservation online and checked in with them directly. The owner of this place helped me and he was really kind and nice. He gave me all the explanations about the rental price, how it would be calculated, return process and etc. The U-haul van itself was really clean and in a great condition. I will rent the van again from this place and highly recommend whoever needs U-haul!

Scheduling. Having to wait over 30mins for my rental was a real inconvenience
BRIAN COne tire was low in air as soon as I got out, to add to that the brakes squeaked super loud as I kept driving non stop the whole time. I had to stop and get air, other than that no issues. Check the brakes or pads or whatever is causing the sound.
John POnly issue is if it's after hours or no one in the office there could be A problem. Location finding was an issue. Yes, my location was on but it wasn't being found. Therefore, not allowing me to pick up via the app. The man in the office was very kind and helpful.
