Fix your mobile check in We had such a problem and we were late and we had to pay 300.00 move in fee to hold the elevator for 3 hours. By the time we got there we lost an 1hr of move in time. So we had to take it piece by piece waiting for the elector each time Not impressed with mobile check in and would not recommend it.

I spent 45 minutes with customer service on the phone trying multiple workarounds just to be able to check in. This was inconvenient at 5am. Please make improvements to your app.
