It was a great experience, reserving Express Check-Out, however when I went to the office there was a reservation conflict for the trailer I wanted. I wonder why the computerized reservation system didn't detect the reservation conflict? Two people apparently wanted to reserve the same trailer. No problem, I took a different trailer instead. I took a photo and put my Driver's License up on the website - that was nice - but I wonder about the security of the driver's license? It seems like any employee can view the license - not sure if your system tracks who has access or who gets to look at the information. Otherwise, everything went smoothly!

As a business owner who utilizes the auto transport regularly its very frustrating when you are promised a service or a trailer only to get the run around on the service or the trailer to not even be available thus requiring to pick up far away at another location. Frankly if united rentals would have had their trailer available the day i needed it i would have just gone through them because to be quite honest with you the carson city location is such a joke its left such a bad taste in my mouth i avoid using uhaul at all cost any more and i cringe when i am forced to use uhaul. I have shared my experience with all my co workers at nevada department of transportation that we all now use united rentals for our rental needs.

I had a reservation at another location. When I got there they had rented my trailer to someone else. Had to go to this location. The line took forever. It was ridiculous. They gave me a $10 dis Kubrick for my trouble which u-haul then added back onto my credit card.

Normally I avoid this location because it generally is a shit show, this time was no different. I originally reserved a trailer at Oddie Blvd. Sparks location because its 5 miles closer to home. Oddie didn't have the trailer I had reserved so was sent to the South Virginia store and the trailer they had for me the lights didn't work. Thus I was sent to the South Meadows store for a trailer, a transaction that should have been 10 minutes 5 miles from home, took 1.5 hours 15 miles from home.

Way over charged. Said it was $1.00 per mile and charged me $1.19 per mile and said I was 19.95 per day (24 hrs) and charged me for two days when I returned before 24hrs

Staff was very nice and accommodating but they should check to be sure the correct truck is given to the customer. When I originally booked my U-Haul it was less but when I picked it up it went up in price and we were giving the wrong truck. It did not match the paperwork when we arrive to drop it off in California. Luckily when we picked up the truck we took a picture of the gas gauge with the mileage which was not full even though the truck listed on the contract was full. The drop off Uhaul realized it was a different truck because the truck number, gas and mileage did not match.

SUGGESTIONS: 1. HAVE GAS TANK FULL AND ASK THAT IT BE RETURNED FULL. HARD TO GAUGE HOW MUCH GAS TO PUT IN WHEN YOU PICK IT UP HALF FULL. 2. HAVE STAFF BE ABLE TO TELL YOU WHERE YOU CAN DROP OFF THE TRUCK AFTER HOURS. REALLY FRUSTRATING TO HAVE TO TRY AND LOOK UP THAT INFO YOURSELF AFTER A LONG DAY OF MOVING.

The trailer I originally reserved was not there. In addition after I returned it on time I received emails two days later from your recovery department saying it had not been returned. Uhaul also tried to charge my card an additional $107.00. Poor service from Uhaul

Need more time to explain gas refill policy. Husband was unsure but thought the agent said fill it up when you return it. We paid $51 for gas To go 51 miles. We left contract in other vehicle and couldn’t call as no cell phone in truck. That’s $1 a mile. We felt we should have gotten a credit as the contract said I would was 3/4 tank and had a 40 gallon tank. At 3.59 a gallon we overpaid you $33.59. We were not offered any compensation which made this rental truck experience more expensive than a different company. We would appreciate it if you would refund at least part of that expense .

Don’t have Mile High Movers on your website, they were horrible!!! It took them 2 hours to break down 2 queen size bedroom suites and to carry them down stairs. Unprofessional attitude, the brought 2 tie straps and twine as their tools.

Apparently the rental agreement was input incorrectly, and we were told we owed an additional $2000+ , but that part did get fixed, then the young man asked why we brought it back empty, but our paperwork stated we picked it up that way...he then asked if they had given us a discount because it was empty...we said no, and he made no attempt to rectify that. He then complained that he would have to "eat" the loss, and tossed the paperwork at us. Um, your welcome?

Location was VERY busy, both when I came in to pick up the trailer and when I dropped it off. WAY understaffed, causing long delays for customers. I was happy to help by unhooking and dropping the trailer in the spot they wanted it upon return myself, but clearly you don't want that to me the new operating procedure. Get some help for those poor employees!

The staff were very helpful with my drop off. When my car wouldn't start they helped me by pushing it off the transport trailer and assisted me with connecting the tow bar on my old Bronco up to my tow vehicle. Thank You for all of your help.

We rented a truck and drove it a total of 12 miles. The fuel gauge on the sheet shown us said the truck was half full. It did not match the actual amount shown on the fuel gauge in the truck. The attendant acknowledged this and said to bring back the truck at 3/8 full which was the actual amount of gas in the vehicle. We drove a total of 12 miles and put in 2 gallons of gas and the gauge was then at the 3/8 mark. We were then charged $25.00 for gas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very dissatisfies with this charge for gasoline. How can we be charged $25.00 for gas for driving a total of 10 miles AND we put in 2 gallons of gas. We called customer service after receiving the bill and was on hold for an hour before finally giving up and filing a grievance on line. We expect a refund on the gasoline charge.
