At first, we were told U-Haul closed at 1:00 when we went to pick it up. We should've first been asked if we ordered it online. I got charged for a 15' when I ordered a 10'. Not happy about that and will be taking it up with the manager. Thank heavens for screen shots!!! But the gentlemen that helped us out, was a definite 10/10. He was fantastic. Your online service, however… needs. Fixed!!!!

Inside of truck could use a good sweep and mop. Little dents here and there. They don’t affect anything from working. The person that helped me was very helpful and polite. Knew the answers to all the questions I asked. Would rent from here again.
AMBER SMake sure that the proper key to the reservation is in the right box for the customer to pick up so they don’t have a headache like I’ve had to deal with due to the fact I was unable to put any of the truck information in on the app, and I’m still dealing with the problem I was unable to put the information in. I had to call customer service multiple times. Due to the fact, I only kept the truck for four hours and some odd minutes and I actually did not leave the U-Haul parking until after 10 o’clock due to the fact I had to find the truck That was not on the reservation app. I had to go by the key. I had to call to get the lockbox unlocked to get the key and slot number four. I had eight people waiting on me to help me pack up the U-Haul. It was a constant headache and I’m still dealing with it! It use to be so easy and not exhausting to rent a u-Haul. I actually had it reserved from the 13th to the 15th and I returned it on the 14th because I did not need it any longer and I should not have been charged for two days so disputing that also! The phone customer service personnel have been amazing. They’ve been understanding. They’ve tried to make sense of all this, but by the U-Haul guarantee the rental guarantee that is not the truck. I was supposed to get that right. There is a breach of contract.
Jeana HService the trailer..it had damage when I picked it up.left rear brake turn signal doesn't work..and I have a cdl A the trailer brakes need adjusted at the very least if not replaced.but I got the job done.scary switching lanes with no left turn signal.i told the the guy that rented it to me about turn signal brake light being out.he said it was led nothing he could do all though there was other trailers on the lot had me stay with the one with no tail light. To much paper work to switch trailers I guess
