Great service at the location. Good unit and reasonable price. The app was not especially user friendly and balked at taking pictures, locked me out once, then tried to make me retake all the pictures just before it went black. I had no idea if my unit was actually checked in when we returned it or not. App needs work but everything else is awesome!!

The place was just very cluttered and unkept. Your typical mechanics shop in smaller towns I guess.
Steven BThe rental confirmation (2 days before our move) advising our rental in Kearney, NE was no longer available was very frustrating (even though we were advised it was on the reservation), we were on a tight timeline and the additional time to drive to Ravenna was an added stressor that we didn't need. You shouldn't show trucks that aren't available even when reserved 2 months out. The check in online was also very frustrating, even the local vendor (extremely courteous and helpful as much as she could be) couldn't access the system since there were issues. We finally were able to get the paperwork completed after another delay of 40 minutes.
