The lady that helped me was wonderful. Her boss, Mr Military Macho Man, was unfriendly, harsh, abrupt, and would not print me a receipt. He told me the "paperwork" was for them, not the customer. He did get the rental complete but I would not recommend his store because of him, NOT his employees as they were great. His demeanor was so unfriendly. If I had not had interaction with him, I would have recommended it to someone but after dealing with him, I would not. His store hours were also incorrectly displayed on the store and he was gruffy on the phone as well. Note for Uhaul in general: it would be great to have a fold out step for driver side and passenger side for older or disabled drivers or passengers to get in and out of the truck. Driver of the truck!
