My reservation was with B-Wise service station for a ten foot box truck. This was confirmed.This location is only a half mile from my house. Uhaul then changed my reservation and told me I had to drive 10 miles further to Poughkeepsie Freedom plains Rd. I was in a jam and needed to get this move done. I was half way to the job when I noticed the left front tire had No Tread left. I had it checked and the measurement was 1/32" this is not legal in NY. Thankfully I completed the job and didn't get stuck. I would highly recommend not using U haul. I received no reason why the pick up location was changed. And as I drove by B Wise I noticed the truck was there unused. B-Wise attempted to call U-Haul at the time the reservation was changed but U-Haul wouldn't allow me to take the truck closest to my home. Then I got this truck further away with crap tires. Not a good business model.

The checking process took for ever as I had to re supply the information I had already entered on line, multiple times. The truck was clean but the alignment (or something) was off as the entire truck would shake to various degrees even at lower MPH ( i.e. 30 mph).
