Given wrong address to drop off. Had to call uhaul. Was told the name of the place and had to look up address. No one at location. Difficult to locate. No sign. Only indication was uhaul trailer in parking lot.

U-Haul messed up my whole reservation and sent me on a wild goose chase and in the end I didn't have my truck. Charlie wasn't even supposed to be working Saturday morning!!!!
