Clean the back of the truck before I rent it. Had tons of dirt. First place I went to didn't have the right equipment (TD) but instead had an AT that didn't even work. After spending 1.5 hours there I decided to cancel and had to go 30 more minutes out of my way to get a truckJourden R.

I had to rent the truck and appliance dolly from 2 different locations. I can understand that. But after spending the whole day loading and unloading that truck, I was exhausted. Then I have to return the truck and dolly to 2 different locations. That should not happen.Garry P.

There was flooding during my trip as well as when I returned the unit. Being 67 years old, I'm not good with smart phone usage. Since I was late in returning the unit due to 2 detours it was hard ro find location and hard to take all the pictures u wantedBILL S.
I called and set up a diffrent drop off location because the one it gave me was the furthest away in the town. We had to return the equipment in daylight because no breaklights on auto transport and then was a additional 20$ something for what???? SeriouslyChristian S.

There was no one there when I was supposed to drop it off so I had to call to find someone. I was also charged and extra $7.50 for fuel when I know it was filled to where it was supposed to be. Very unhappy!Catherine R.
Be more clear on instructions on dropping off equipment. If equipment is to go to the storage lot do not ask customer to bring it to your office for inspection and then ask the customer to go back on a busy highway to place equipment in storage lot that is only about 100 ft. away.Dawn J.
Ensure that the location had all of the equipment ordere, I had to visit multiple sites to get the items I ordered. If a truck is ordered make sure that uhaul employees get it where it is requested. I had to hire a car service to drive me the 45 minutes one way to pick up a truck I ordered to be picked up two blocks away from my home. Make sure that the trucks are serviced. The truck hood feel completely off and onto the ground when I had to raise the hood fir an oil light. The oil was so low it didn't even show up on the dip stick. I had to rely on the help of an auto parts store to rig the hood back and add oil. The tow behind trailer had a broken hitch, I had to take one that was really to small and didn't have consistently working lights. Over all my experience with uhaul was a 'D-' this trip. My previous move was done with the local Budget rental company. They were more expensive this time so I went with uhaul, I guess you get what you pay for. The rental agents were good, the customer service reps were knowledgeable and helpful. The problems I had were more corporate issues. Clean out the previous renters trash.JAMIE B.
