to improve, Please send out Rd side assistance with in a timely manner! Don't have your customer have to spend hours on the phone when not able to use the auto transporter, making a trailer needing service her problem for 3 days!!!!! It was originally blocking the rd. if my neighborh didn't plow out a spot, to get it off the rd. Thursday Feb 6th am state troopers would have taken your auto transporter the it would not have been my problem for the next 3 days! Maybe I should have done it that way, bc I spent the next 3 days of hell on the phone between Rd. side, the towing company , and the regional manager. U-Haul is more worried about saving $200 in towing then taking care of the original customer who paid to use the transporter and wasn't able to. She protected your equipment, other people on the rd., and her own life, and is requesting a refund, for not being able to use what she had paid for, and now the car she was going to buy for $500 being gone. Then spent the next 3 days on the phone managing road side ect. The "hub temp stickers" on the axels do not work in neg below zero temperatures! I parked the trailer, due to one of the driver side tires smoking. since I got it off the rd, & in "safe location" at my neighbors bc school bus drivers and the town garage was calling him and he is retired and didn't want to keep getting calls he helped me before the state troupers were called! so it then became my problem for days, verses just getting towed back! really stressful to have state troupers threaded to be here at my home ect and then on the phone with Rd side, for 3 days straight, up to supervisor level who approved to have it towed back but regional manager wanted to save $200 and tow it back him self when he got a moment 3 days later to do so!! This also puts stress on the relationship with the neighbor because I have never parked anything I own at his place since I have lived at my home! if I didn't stay put at home and was on the rd with it, I would have froze to death when yr Rd side decided not to send out towing or a vendor like they did Thursday Feb 6th to wait over 24 hrs until Friday Feb 7th 2 pm! There are multiple notes on this case I have a customer case # of 5166476 from Nicole in customer care office. my phone 315-418-8741, please follow up. I will give local management team time to deliver a refund, but this experience was not good at all. I have never had an issues with your moving box trucks in the past, or your auto transports, as I have rented from other locations in the past in the finger lakes region. Hours are limited at this location but they did have a drop box for keys. Dropped my rentals off last night and called u-haul because the return my U-Haul function on the website was not working. Called and left a message with the location last night and got charged for an extra day today because the location “returned” my equipment this morning. Had to call and dispute the charges. The website and the app were useless for this rental. I had nothing but problems.
TARA MUhaul agent was very helpful in making my truck reservation and she had equipment ready for pickup at the appointed time. She fully explained return/drop off procedures, and was helpful and courteous in assisting us in a successful moving adventure.

BARRY AThe location was closed, not responding to phone calls. We spent over one hour there on the phone with U-Haul trying to return the trailer.. We installed the app on the phone,, that was not useful. Then we tried going through the website, and were unable to accomplish the return. The representative we spoke with said he would note our difficulties and said the return would be done, with no additional charges. We are hoping that is the case. He was very helpful.
