This location is by U Haul app only and there is no one there to help if you need it and if you are in a hurry this is not the location to book a reservation , because i was there for about 3-4 hours trying to pick up my reservation because the lock box had the wrong combination and I couldn't get into it to save my life and I had people waiting on me with a time limit to be there on time. I was really late and it ruined my day.
