Spent 1 hour with an app and website that continuously glitched and had to live chat and use customer service to finally troubleshoot through. Customer service (Marissa) was fabulous and so helpful, but it really was a headache to not have the website work and be an hour late to my destination.

The online check in process takes too . I've rented from this same location in the past without issue, but this time I had to go through an extra verification check that took 10 minutes, and I almost missed the appointment to pick up my water heater.
