How is a U-Haul store closed on a Saturday??? We were there for entirely too long, returning our truck, because the app wasn't working properly. Had someone been there, we would've had the help we needed, and could've returned the vehicle much more quickly with far less frustration. This store is also a climate controlled storage facility, in probably the best location in town, and to keep it closed on a Saturday just doesn't make good sense.
