There was nobody at the site when you dropped off your U-Haul. They said they were going to be open at 11 o'clock and they were not. There were other people waiting for them to open and they never showed up. I called the one 800 number for U-Haul, and told them that They never showed up to open the facility so I dropped off the U-Haul and dropped off the key in the drop off box, I do not recommend the site at all.

I received prompt attention on this chilly day. The first guy politely hooked up the car hauler to my truck. The second guy came out and took pics and he too was very nice. The first guy then brushed off the snow from the trailer, had me hit the turn signals/brake lights and running lights. All good.
Eddie BPerson didn’t, know how to process the order. Had to pay $125 before they would release the trailer, they didn’t report to U-Haul that the trailer was picked up so my credit card was also charged. Unable to contact anyone at this site as phone numbers listed are unavailable!
Kathleen VI couldn’t get in contact with anyone at this location for two days. Finally had to get a territory manager involved. Trailer tire had a nail in it.
Stephanie GThe trailer was very dirty when I picked it up. I originally reserved the trailer to pick up in Washington, IL and drop off in Frontenac, KS. My reservation was changed for some reason.
