I was very pleased with the service I received at this location. When a different uhaul provider couldn't guarentee the type if 5x8 trailer I needed, this provider went out of his way to get it for me. Upon pick up he took care of attaching the trailer to my car and verified the lights were working properly.
If some one need help for batter understanding for truck driving procedure . No one can help here . Only one person working at this gas station Wasting of time to deal with procddure

Check all tires. I had a blow out 2 hours into my move I was stuck on the highway for 4 hours until I got help it was very difficult to get in touch with roadside assistance i had a child in the van with me we ran out of water it was a very miserable experience.

The transmission was REALLY ROUGH. I was concerned that I wasn't going to make it! The windows were so dirty I could hardly see out and there wasn't any water in the container to clean the windows.

Very easy to access location with helpful staff.
The agent was friendly and took care of our needs. The only concern was that this location is in a busy convenience store, so every time we had to go back to the truck (to take pictures of the fuel, retrieve dollies and furniture pads, etc.) we had to go to the back of the line. The total return time was about 45 minutes, which seemed much longer than necessary. This may not be the norm since the agent was the only employee at the store that day.
It was a pleasant non-stressful experience. The clerks were helpful and friendly. I will use this location for any future moves.
Although an error occurred, after bringing to this locations attention, they immediately resolved my concern. I would go to this location again.
I rented a Uhaul Truck for ny mother's move back to Illinois but it broke down just as she got to Illinois. It was overheating. On top of that she purchased the insurance. What good is the insurance if it doesn't cover breakdowns as well? Because of that, she didn't get the deposit back. Once again I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is the second bad experience I have had with Uhaul. The other one was when I rented a Uhaul truck and tow trailer for my car. The trailer damaged my car and Uhaul said hey not our problem.

the inside of the vehicle was very clean but the outside front of the vehicle was full of dead bugs from traveling. It was very hard to clean the windshield, I got cut on the antenna due to the location while trying to clean the windshield. I did let the customer service person at the location know of this and they were very helpful and I felt they were very easy to work with. They were extremely polite and very considerate.
Process was exhausting long and tedious. Will never refer or use UHAUL AGAIN!!!!
They did not check in the truck properly and kept taking money from my account for about 5 days. The guy at the corporate office I've been dealing with has been very helpful trying to get my money back but it's ridiculous I even had to go through this.
I've got the truck With half tank of fuel at 9am and return it 9pm same day Less than 20 miles for $99 this way too much for 20 feet truck definitely will not deal with uhaul anymore

Gentlemen who was running this location was fantastic in the way he was handlinng the experience and we would definitely recommend that business and location to others !!!
