Never went inside. Drop off WAY TOO CROWDED! Not enough staff to handle all the returns. When UCF has move-in day, please add staff to get equipment checked in more timely and places to put equipment away so people and get in and out of lot.

there was no willingness from the assistant manager to assist me , her approach was very unprofessional she was speaking very loudly by saying if you don't have a reservation there are no vehicles available until Monday. as I was getting ready to leave there was one agent by the name of Monique who was very helpful and took the time to find what I needed. As for the lot it is very congested where a there should be someone to guide the traffic, to prevent accidents like occurred between the assistant manager who was trying to do her best to clear the area without little to know help. based on my experience there should better care of customer service by all staff. As stated I was in an accident with the assistant manager where she back into the truck I was operating I was able to continue using the vehicle in approximately 2 hours I brought returned the truck and was told I owed an additional $150 for the damage which I feel is wrong to charge me. after further discussion I was assured by the assistant manager I would not be charged until I speak with the general manager. the following day I received an alert that I was charged the $150 I called the store a someone pick up the call and hung up the phone,

It was move-in weekend for the local college which meant this location was slammed with people renting vans, trucks, etc. This location was severely understaffed to handle the swarm of people. Additional staff should have been brought in for this weekend. The wait time for checking in and checking out was extensive. The hand held check out devices were not working properly. The employees were doing the best that they could under the circumstances. This was a management issue.

when I returned the truck last night, the parking lot was extremely full. There was almost no room to get in the lot, and I had a 26 foot truck. I wasn’t able to face it the right direction because there was no room to turn around. I was also very close to hitting a few other trucks because space was so tight. I’m sure it’s a really busy time, but this was ridiculous.

truck was not properly sealed. As I was getting the rental I overheard employees saying that the truck I would be getting was wet because it had been pressure tested and was good to go. Rain later that afternoon proved otherwise as I discovered 3-4 separate leaks in the trucks roof which had made the inside very wet with all of the belongings I was looking to move already being drenched inside the closed truck. What can you do to improve for the next customer? Don't rent out faulty trucks that are improperly repaired.

Instill a sense of urgency of service to clients. The evening I went to rent a van there were 3 employees and a line of 8-10 clients. Only one employee was serving the clients, another was placing keys to a small cardboard tag and the third came in and out a few times. I suggest that you consider accepting Debit Cards in addition to the Credit Cards now accepted exclusively.

Customer service was horrible. Nothing was explained. The drop off location was put as same place as pick up when I didn’t put that as my destination and was charged for dropping truck of at the location I wanted the drop off for.Truck was given on empty and the gas measurement was not marked on paper. Returned the truck with half as paper stated in order to not be charged.

Said there was no customer parking but there are 5 parking spaces up front. Made us park behind the building in a parking lot belonging to another shopping plaza and business and walk through a fence and brush to get our truck. Then made us stand out in the rain for about 5 minutes to wait for someone to do the inspection on the truck. Also, the only U-Haul location that when I specified that I needed to add a driver, said I didn't need to if he had a license. I'm pretty sure he needed to be on the paperwork because of the insurance I paid for? They seemed to be in a rush and not doing things properly.

I made a reservation early Saturday morning to pick up a 10ft moving truck late Saturday When we went to pick up our reservation, the lady on the phone make our reservation for the wrong vehicle. The lady working with us was very nice and tried to help. However, they did not have any availabilities with what we needed. When we asked how they can help us, the Manager came up to us and started yelling and screaming at us and told the worker to give us something we did not want because thats all that was available and we are just going to have to deal with it. I have never seen a worse manager in my entire life. She treated her workers terrible and the customers (not only me) even worse. I should not be yelled at for a mistake that the workers made. I can't imagine how this behavior is tolerated and acceptable to run this business. This lady is clearly not management material, let alone worker material. We ended up having to rent a 15 ft moving truck without any compensation. We had to pay more money than I made a reservation for AND we got yelled at. Moving is stressful enough so this is absolutely uncalled for. I am disgusted and am planning on going to corporate with this.

The guy that hooked up my trailer forgot to include the blankets. He had even been reminded to include them by the lady at the front desk. Had to make arrangements to get the blankets at another location, which added about a half hour to my trip.

Got an email receipt early the next morning following an after hours drop off. Over all I would recommend uhaul to a friend but your pick up location was overwhelmed Sunday morning.
