The van I was issued was filthy, with an odor. When I called back to complain, the attendant who answered the phone stated, "Nothing can be done. I can get another van, but it would be $10.00 more. I asked for the manager, she told me to bring the van back and they would clean it. The back of the van was not clean, nor the floors. They only wiped down the area of the cup holders, and sprayed the lower area of the windshield, but did not wipe it. I will not recommend anyone to rent a van from them!

The people were nice,but I did not like the fact that verbally they told me that the rate will be $ 0 .99 per mile.But on the contract they put $1.19 Impart it was my fall cause I did not pay attention to the contract.

I reserved a 20ft that wasnt there when I arrived luckily there was a 26ft that I took. One day use and about 40+ miles later it was returned then I start getting all kinds of emails about my 20ft rental used for 4 days and lots of miles later it was returned all under my name and DL. This location seems to have given my reservation to someone else under my name, not cool because any charges, tickets, damages will end up on me.

30 minutes before I was to pick the truck up, the original location called and said that they couldn't provide the 26' truck I reserved but both the location and u-Haul representatives were able to find another location with a 26' truck within an hour. Well done...
