When we finally went to the correct location, the original reservation was for the Millard location, however we received another confirmation for the 83rd street location and phone call time confirmation for the center street location. We originally went to Millard were then told to go to 83rd, but then read the final email confirmation that it was at Center street. Extremely confusing, once we got to the Center Street location, the employee stayed past quitting time to ensure we got the trailer, however the trailer had a tail light out, so we had to go back to the Millard location to get the light fixed. The online reservations really need some work, however the final check back in was relatively painless after hours.

I rated the location as poor only in that it wasn't the location that I requested. I live in Elkhorn and requested the NAPA auto store that was just a couple of miles from my house. I was notified that the pick up site was switched to the 148th and Center location which is nowhere near where I live. It was a bit inconvenient for me to schedule a ride to pick up and return the van. The Center street location was very nice and the staff was helpful. My only complaint is that it wasn't the location I had chosen. Additionally, I did request that the van be dropped off at my house as that was an option on the U-Haul website but wasn't followed up on.

Truck had an extremely noisy cab. Very annoying with drivers door wind whistle, door appeared misaligned. Road noise also bad. No sound insulation in rear and roof of the cab. Seems a very cheap and/or shoddy cab conversion.

Pretty easy, in and out in a jiffy. Filled the pre-req's out online, showed up, reviewed, and gone in 10. Upon return, even quicker, reviewed, and gone in 5.

The trailer was covered in gravel, sand and mud. the latches were seized. after they were release they popped off every 30 mins of driving. The lug bolts on one wheel were not even tight.

We rented an enclosed trailer to move an electric treadmill during rain. Unfortunately when we got home with our property it was wet. The property was never outside in the rain before loading as The loading area was enclosed. The trailer apparently leaks. We hope the treadmill did not get any water on any important electrical components. Have not used yet.
