The person who operates this Uhaul facility is dishonest/deceitful. Let me explain. When I arrived at the location, it has instructions to go to the gas station next to the facility. I approached the cashier of the gas station and informed her that I was there for a Uhaul rental. She goes to the back and an older man comes out. That older man advised me to wait for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, he comes out from the back and I presented him with my online booking confirmation. He said the online booking is not good without providing me an explanation. I informed the man that I have a reservation for a Uhaul truck. He then asked for my credit card and driver's license. He goes inside the back of the gas station and comes right back out. I noticed in the invoice he handed me, he charged me for insurance. I asked him to explain the insurance charge and he said that I needed it. I told him that I don't need insurance. So, he said that he will refund the money back when I return the truck. On Sunday, I returned the truck and dropped the keys in the dropbox as he instructed. The man was not working that day. On Monday, my credit card alerted me of another charge for Uhaul. I contacted this man and asked him to explain to me about the other charge. He said to call him back in 20 minutes while he fixes the error. He then sends me an invoice for my total cost of 89.50. On March 17, 2021, I noticed two Uhaul charges on my credit card, one for $89.50 and another for $117.50. I called my credit card company to dispute the $117.50. I didn't want to deal with the man who operated the Uhaul facility because he already deceived me on our first meeting by charging me insurance, which he failed to asked me for it. For those who are looking to rent Uhaul trucks in the future. Save yourself some trouble. DO NOT rent from this facility. This man is dishonest/deceitful. For Uhaul company, you should now allow this man to franchise your company. It tarnishes your company's reputation.ALDWIN V.

Nothing will beat face to face people signing out the vehicle. Waiting 45 min because the app continued to crash to attempt to pick up the truck. Once I picked up the truck the customer assistance told me I was good to go only to find out that my first contract wasn't valid. So a new contract was created but was overall a headache I didn't need in addition to the stress of moving. When I tried to return it took another 30 min because the app continued to crash. Was on hold for 20 min calling to see what could be done when the app finally worked and allowed me to â€œreturnâ€ the vehicle. Overall the 24/7 service is not something I would recommend to anyone.Anthony P.

Don't promise me one pickup location and then switch it to another at the last minute. Call your customer as promised rather than not. Never got a phone call to confirm and had to spend 20 minutes on the phone the night before to confirm my rental only to find out it wasn't even available at the location I wanted.Kevin F.
I had the worse experience i originally got my truck online for leffingwell whittier location then the canceled my irdwr moved to Rosecrans Norwalk thr night before from therr i was rented my Uhaul out the back of a gas station atva drop off location cause my whittier location had all the trucks rented. I was very un easy for the uhaul person to yake my license/atm card into the employees lounge of the 711/76 gas station they did not rent me the truck in a U haul place. I would NEVER rent anything from the Norwalk rosecrans location ...Melissa F.
There is an actual address to the location, but you do business inside a 7-11, I went to the key locker where the key was supposed to be, but the lockbox was open and no key, the 7-11 clerk retrieved a key. Also the app was very hard to use when trying to photograph the mileage and vehicle.Mark V.

I arrived st my scheduled pick up time and there was no one in the office. A sign said to go to the 76 station, went to the 76 station and NO ONE knew what I was talking about the guy at the counter told me he didn't do u-haul rentals. Finally after about 30 minutes someone came walking out from the station and helped us. Will not pick up from them again!Janet S.

I showed up to a 7-Eleven where the U-Haul was run out of, the person behind the counter did not come out and look at my trailer did not ask me for my paperwork did not give me any paperwork to sign and therefore I asked him if everything was fine he said yes I could just drop it off and leave. Little did I know that he was going to deny my extra three days considering Texas granted me 5 extra days for freeJoseph M.
None of the items I ordered was in the truck and the location was close. We got the key from your lockbox at 7-Eleven. Getting the key was difficult. I asked to see the contract end the person who handled it in the convenience market said he would get it to us when we were ready to leave. Can you where you were in a big hurry to get to my daughter's graduation ceremony. After the trailer was hitched up, he had my husband sign the contract. My husband did not look at the price to realize that the charge was more than double what the agreement had been stated to us 30 minutes prior by telephone. After I pulled the contract out of the glove compartment where my husband had put it, I saw the discrepancy and called immediately. We could not go back to fix it because we would have been late at that point. It just seemed like the guy was pulling a fast one on us. Surely he could see the contract price that had been written 30 minutes prior. The people we spoke with on the phone we're extremely helpful all three times we called and they were able to change the date to a more convenient one that fit our schedule better. They resolved the discrepancy and assured us that our credit card would be credited the extra amount that we paid.Paul B.
