There were 2 empty cans drink cans in door and left a sticky mess in door. Both rear tires where really low with 28lbs air in them but called for 80 lb.ALEX W.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! They're going to scam you. There was a young girl, maybe 14-16, who checked me out when I picked up the cargo van. She didn't walk around the van for damages, or use the text link to report damages, nor did she tell me anything about the reservation, except to bring it bag with the same fuel level. There was a dent in the side panel. I took a video of the entire van. She did upsell me on the damage insurance for $20. The van was nasty on the inside. The van smelt like cigarette smoke, trash was everywhere, the windshield on the inside was so filthy and hazy, pet hair was all over the seats, the oil change light was one, and two low-tire pressure lights were on. I had to spray a lot of Febreze in the entire van and get all the trash out. I dropped off the van a day early and told the owners son I noticed a dent in the side panel and pointed it out to him. I told him I did not do that, it was like that prior me renting the van. I also told him that I took a video of the entire van the day I rented it. He didn't even come outside to look at inspect the van or anything. And he told me thanks for telling him and he'd handle it. HE CHARGED ME $150 FOR DAMAGES! I called them to get the charges removed. The lady said the owner's son is gone. I told her the whole story and she said she can't do anything and for me to call the (800) number. So now I am having to talk to two different representatives from Uhaul about this issue. The Uhaul representative stated that the manager has to call me within 72 hours and for me to hold on to my video of when I picked up the van. The Uhaul representative said I'll be able to use that video in my case against this franchise location to show the dent was already there when I picked up the van. I am totally upset with Uhaul and the Budget Inn rental location! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!Zachary H.

The Lady at the front desk was rude and lazy, she wouldn't even come out to very mileage or to see if the truck was clean. She called me early in the morning to ask me a few questions then hung up in my face. I have never felt so disrespected . The vehicle had absolutely no oil or power steering fluid. It had not been maintained and I told the desk that the vehicle was making noise. They said it was older and always did that. I put two quarts of oil and a cup of power steering fluid before I drove it. The sounds stopped and all was well because I did Maintenance on your vehicle.Vial F.

These people were no help at all. I was instructed to park my own trailer, to un-hitch it myself (thank goodness I was not handicapped nor had any back troubles), and they never inspected it for cleanliness or damage. I know it is a popular drop-off location because of the University but their service sucks. I hate to think what would have happened if there had been any problems to report. U-haul, you can do better than this and have in the past when I've used your equipment.Keith C.

When I went to return the rental the guy could not send an email to confirm I had to returned it, so because of the bad experience picking up I refused to leave without confirmation so I had to go inside and wait for him to print some paperwork.shereen Z.
