I live in the area and the location was perfect and easy to find.. doing the mobile check out/ in was very convenient.. Would be great to have more variety of sizes of vehicles available.. Very pleased with the service!!!

hard to find the building and drop off point at night
Dominick GWas charged for additional day AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED ON TIME!!! WAS ALSO CHARGED ADDITIONAL MILEAGE AFTER I HAD TO DRIVE TO A SECOND LOCATION TO DROP OFF DUE TO SCHEDULED LOCATION BEING FULL!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Tiffany COpen hours were not accurate, location was not well marked and difficult to find. They didn't even have their name or address on their location. I arrived 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open and they were closed. Finally showed up about 10 minutes later.
David LClear location signs would have been most helpful. Stating I would need to park around back would have been helpful. And signage for where the lockbox was would have been helpful. I returned the truck early and my app nor the staff by phone were able to communicate I had done that. I received two phone calls about returning the vehicle and it was already returned??
