They are helpful and get the trailer hooked up and working for us and take care of us at the end of our rental, too. The process is always easy and efficient. I was supposed to have a 24/7 pick-up, but the rental wasn't staged for pick-up. I had to make an extra trip back the next morning to get it. Made my schedule difficult. The personnel were efficient and good to work with when I did do the pick-up the next day.Thomas S.
Renting my truck and appliance dolly was super easy and convenient However, at turn in, the link that I was sent to turn in my truck, would not work! I closed it out and reclicked the link several times and still would not work. Ultimately, I just put the key in side the key-drop box and leave. I did try to call UHaul for help but no one answered! I was turning in after hours, so my troubles with the link likely cost me an extra $20. FIX THE LINK!NORMAN Z.

This location threw all the trash (that wasn't even mine) in my car window as I was pulling out of the lot then charged me 118 dollars for gas when I had to drive around for an hour because every other uhual wouldn't accept my truck. Extremely annoying. Also I never even purchasedmoving blankets in WV where I picked up my truck but it's now on my account for a separate purchase that I didn't make of 138 dollars.Chase Bryant C.

I will NEVER use Schwartz's to rent a U-Haul again. In fact, I may NEVER use U-Haul again. They charged me an extra day, and charged me for almost 300 miles when I only drove from Noblesville to Nora and back to Noblesville ONE time for one round trip of less than 50 miles. I have received NO reply from anyone when I've emailed and disputed these charges. Finally got ahold of Schwartz's, who then gave me Patrick Cheek's phone number, who apparently closed the account and sent it to collections. I have not paid it, they said I had 10 days...it's only been 8 days!!!!!!.Kelly D.
The U-haul approach to business is absolutely reprehensive!!!!! I scheduled a truck size and a pick up time on your web site. Both were changed by you. Second, when dropping off the truck, the attendant said she could not receive it and that we needed to go to a different location. After a day of moving and transport that was bullshit! The attendant at the second location was outstanding! Please fix your computer system and stand by the deal you make.MICHAEL D.

This was the worst experience that I've ever had renting a vehicle or a moving truck. I've had to call into customer service many times and I'll be making another call tomorrow to try to rectify the issues with the rental. I was also given a managers direct contact number.
