Scheduled and paid for a dozen furniture pads and a furniture dolly - neither were in the vehicle. Had to go without them. Truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas at pickup. Immediately had to purchase gas. Service engine light was illuminated on dash throughout rental duration. Truck was parked in a location where I could not inspect one side of the vehicle prior to renting and moving the truck. Really not impressed that my pick-up location was changed from where I originally requested to this new location at the last minute. I'll never schedule another after hours pick up from Uhaul again. The pick up and drop off process using a smart phone is tedious and time consuming and makes it very difficult to solve problems when they occur.
Gregory C.Cannot get humans to talk to! Need detailed receipt that shows total itemized costs AND date credo card was charged and at the very last what last 4 of credit card was charged. Very disappointed in Uhaul Customer service this time around! We need someone to call us directly. 850-687-5248
