I made a reservation to pick up the truck at 7:30 am. The location was not open until 8 so I had to stand outside in the cold for 30 minutes. The truck was not in great condition, power steering was marginal and one of the rear tires blew. Luckily the tire blew after I reached my destination. I believe the flat tire was a result of improper tire pressure because the tire that didn’t blow on the same side is pretty low, which should not be the customers reaponsibilty or problem. My experience with Uhaul has always been good, but this time was very bad.

The gentleman that checked me in was very courteous, professional, and efficient. I do wish that when I placed the order it was made more clear that the preferred location I selected may not be the location where I will pick up. I don't see much point in selecting a preferred location if they don't have the equipment and you get sent to another location.

I don't understand why you gotta be charge extra especially when u are doing a trip one way and u have to get ur things to put in the truck and get ur things out and account for gas stops and etc way expensive for something so simple

The only thing wrong with this uhaul place is the location. We requested a pick up from a location less than a mile away from us, and instead we had to drive 11 miles to this store. There were at least 5 other uhaul stores closer to us than this one. And the hours listed on the uhaul web site are incorrect. The staff was great, and even called to make sure we were on our way before they closed for the night.

Location and personnel were nice. The truck was in poor shape with the fender surrounding the right rear wheel twisted and approximately 1 inch away from the tire, requiring us to pull it and angle it out of the way. The truck steering was horrible...I could turn it about 6 inches in either direction before the steering would occur.

My contract, after mileage was applied, was paid in full aft 78.10. 3 days later, this location is taking a additional 25.67 from my account and are not answering my phone calls. I want to know why are they taking extra money that doesn't belong to them.
