This is a new facility. I believe we were the first trailer that they had rented out. The person in the office was nice but she did not know how what she was doing. I asked for a mechanic to come out and check the hook up. He said he had never done one before. Eventually I spoke to David in the service center who helped check us out over the phone and directed us to another U-Haul dealer who inspected the hook up and fixed several things that the mechanic had done wrong. Originally I requested to pick up the trailer at 9 am. Between the facility not opening until 10 am and then all the problems, it was after noon by the time we were on the road with a trailer. This facility should not be allowed to rent units until they get some serious training.
