The young man was friendly and helpful also very knowledgeable about the trailer. He made sure that we understood the hookups and safety steps. I've rented a half dozen uhaul vehicles and trailers and this was the best experience I've had.ROBERT J.
I got screwed on gas, I put half tank back in it when I returned it $42, then they added another $40 for fuel, so I paid over $80 in gas to drive 71 miles.. never againJOANIE N.

The steering wheel was slightly sticky and there was the smell of smoke or something in the cab. maybe clean out the trucks prior to dispatch? I didn't see any COVID-19 information in the cab or on the paperwork regarding sanitation, etc.Michelle M.

The person working the desk was very nice, but she did not know how to fix my reservation. Uhaul cancelled my reservation and the worker at this location had to call customer service and put me on the phone with them to have them make a new reservation for me. I asked why my original prepaid reservation was cancelled. They said because the location was closed, I informed them I was currently standing in the store and they in fact were not closed. So I had to pay again for the truck I reserved and wait for my refund from the original reservation.Laura R.

My usual was due back on Sunday but I took it back Saturday instead and the guy working failed to check the truck back in so I received an email saying it was not returned yet and I was still being charged. Needless to say the email came threw on Tuesday so by this time I was already being charged for 2 extra days. I have rented ubauls many of times but this time has made me question whether or not to EVER rent from this company again. I wasn't even compensated anything for all the hassle I went threw nor did I receive an apology from the company I returned the truck to or from Uhaul themselves. Extremely unhappy with the customer service I received when it came to returning the truck.Jessica C.
