This is the second time I have rented from this location where I selected no insurance online and they added the insurance at the location. The trailer had not been cleaned out inside and had mud caked in the corner.

Every time I use uhal you all figure some way to over charge me. Like on the amount of gas that's in there. I refill it every time to the amount that was in there and every time you all say it's not where it supposed to be and I get charged. the U-Haul was dirty already, so I cleaned it extra so y'all didn't charge me for that And the lady that was in there was not very nice and I hade to take every precaution so y'all don't overcharge me for everything. The uhal worked fine. Also the people at the front desk of your stores should be able to SEE the review the customer fills out before using the uhal. She claimed she couldn't see the pictures I took then over charged me for gas.

Gerardo S.They need to have customer service,, you need a jack, I used mine, to lift the trailer to my hitch. NO WAY to put it on my hitch as the trailer is on the ground, not blocked or anything,, Paula was very nice, but having recent surgery, couldn't help.
