Everything went great, truck was clean, ran well, and had cold AC. No complaints.

The employee seemed new at this. Overall, everything was good except when time to hook the trailer up to the truck there was no help. The tongue was down on the ground. It's at three tries and everything I had in me to be able to lift that up and get it on the hitch. There should be somebody there to help with this. The trailer shook and vibrated my entire 10 hour trip. I got out and checked wheel bearings and all seemed good there. I noticed the trailer had new tires. So I thought to check the lug nuts. All four wheels had loose lug nuts. Like somebody had hand tighten them but did not finish torguing them down. I had to stop three times and tighten lug nuts on that trailer. I did call to bring to their attention and Ben the regional did call me back and work to resolve the situation.
