clausella W.My experience with U Haul on this occasion goes beyond the survey above. I was in Tuscaloosa AL. and needed a car transport. I was at Contemporary Automotive. Call the U Haul dealers closest to that location (6 or 7). It was pitiful. People had lack of knowledge, bad attitudes, don't answer phones. So I called my local Hamilton Self Storage, Southaven Ms.. Melissa Tony and Allison Ortiz worked together and within 8 minutes had me a transport located and reserved with great and friendly service.
