The business office we picked up the Uhaul truck was Filthy. Though the man in office was courteous, the office was disgusting. The truck looked as if it had not been cleaned from the last use. When ordering our rental truck the original pick up location was 3 miles away. Before moving we received a call informing us the original location no longer had the size truck we ordered and the nearest location was 25 miles away. On pick up day we arrived to get the truck, the utility dolly and moving blankets we ordered with the truck were not available at that location. So we had to drive another 5 miles farther to get the moving supplies. When you’re in the middle of packing and moving it is stressful and exhausting to have to drive a hour round trip unexpectedly to pick up a truck and supplies. Along with all those changes it turned out we had to change the drop off location also. This was not a smooth experience as our previous dealings with Uhaul.
Deborah DThe owner was not even there when I showed up to drop off U-Haul so I had to wait on him to show up! He didn't welcome me not thank me ! I asked 6 people if they were part of Front Street Automotive to be told no 6 different times! My Drop off Experience was not good!

rodney aI changed the address on Google Maps for Front Street Automotive (my dropoff location) to 106 West Front St Morehouse, MO 63868 b/c there is a residence at 106 East Front St Morehouse, MO 63868, & that's the address Google Maps takes you to when you enter the address y'all give for that drop-off location. If you could please change the address you have on-file for Front Street Automotive to 106 West Front St Morehouse, MO 63868, your next customer might avoid being a few minutes late for their drop-off time like I was.
