Truck was dirty, self-pickup did not work due to the U-Haul website not working, , truck was older and pretty beat, location doing the rentals was fine.
kevin K.This is the second location I had to have arranged for pickup. First location was closed with no sign or notice. I had the Scheduler call this shop to verify they were open before I drove 25 miles. When I got there they were closed as well and didn't show up for 15 minutes. After that, pickup was normal.

KEVIN C.The guy at the counter was helpful. Pick up/drop off of the truck was seamless especially with the app. Truck was basically brand new, drove smooth and was very clean and well maintained. I didn't realize the small 10 foot rtuck didn't have a ramp on the back but it ended up working out in the end. I def recommend this location.
