The place was fine. The app was a mess. I was never able to take a picture and upload my driver's license, so had to wait for the store to open. I had reserved for 9:00 a.m., and had printed a confirmation that showed 9:00. But when I opened the app it said 10:00 a.m. Very frustrating, and wasted about 45 minutes since had to wait for the store to open.STEVEN S.
We were pretty pleased overall. The one thing that didn't set well with us was it rained and the wheelwell inside the box truck leaked from underneath. It wasn't wet inside the box truck part but evidently it happened when we started driving and the rain from the roads come up inside and soaked our king size mattress. That needs to be addressed. All else fine, still have a wet mattress to deal with.Jeffrey P.

They don't open until 10:00 am! very late in the day to get answers if you have a problem, which we did. Called the company, no answer before 10:00 am. Had to call a central number to find out how to use the lock boxChowning W.

When we got to location it took 45 mins. To get keys. We were suppose to have 24 blankets and they weren't in truck. They had us go to another location to pick them up. Wall this while my helpers sat and wanted for us to arrive at our storage unit which was an hour away.Frank J.
The trucks had damage. Needed oil , and door on truck wouldn't close completely. So maintain trucks better. Customer service was 10 out of 10 however. Ppl were very nice and apologized and documented the damage. Also very kind to work out deal on uhaul and return timeJacob H.

The employees at this location were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. I was attempting to check in on the website and U-Haul was asking me for my passport and lease agreement after receiving my photo in front of the store and a copy of my drivers license (WAY too much of my personal information), but they were able to confirm my identity in the store quickly and easily.
