just the people from the storage was keeping saying she was not working for uhaul , hence her service is really poor
hangwen lCustomer service was not to good. Somewhat rude and dry. I couldn't get the app to work and had to wait patiently while she was working on something else for about 5 minutes before she decided she could help me.
Cristy JI was reluctant to rent a van from here because of the bad reviews, but my experience wasn’t awful. I reserved a cargo van online. Once I arrived, using the app, I had to take a selfie and photo of my driver’s license. This process took a little while to transfer to the Uhaul computer so the representative could confirm the completion of the process. The representative didn’t come out and inspect the vehicle before I took it to confirm the condition. I took a video of the vehicle inside and out and of the mileage beginning and end. I also had declined the $11 damage coverage fee, but when I was emailed my final receipt, I was charged $11. I had to call customer service and I was credited back the $11. I gave the experience a 3 star. I didn’t like the fact that they tried to charge me for something that I had clearly declined. It makes me wonder how many other people get charged because they don’t look at their final bill.
Nada BReview with customers new changes in procedures, some people rent these trucks a minimum of every 3 years or so. The truck missing the dolly had to acquire one separately last minute. Sketchy practices, locked storage unit to charge another fee.
