Uhaul did nit have the 15 ft truck I wanted to rent. As a result, I had to rent a larger truck at a higher rate. Uhaul should have let me rent the larger truck at the same rate as the 15 ft truck. Regards, Ray SanchezRay S.

I could not do the online pick up because the truck was behind the locked gate. Didn't find this out until getting to final step where it asked to verify the ID marked on the truck (and there was one out there that I thought was mine). Went inside and had to wait 45 MINUTES while a couple was taken care of. You could tell the couple felt horrible as the line of people piled up behind them...luckily I was next. Then I basically had to give the gentleman (who was friendly) everything I'd already uploaded on the online pick up process already. Returning was equally frustrating. I returned the truck and it took me about 20-25 attempts at the online return. Each time one of the photos requested would lockup the process and say â€œerrorâ€ or â€œwould you like to resubmit the form?â€. Whether you hit yes or not the process all resets. Any photo upload could cause this And with the 4 photos you upload it seemed like about 70% chance it will glitch out on each. It took me about 30 minutes of re-attempting over and over again until I felt like I hit jackpot as it finally worked from start to finish. Lots of room for improvement on both the location as well as the u-haul online process.Brandon M.

This location recommended a mover (956-359-7728) that I can hire to move my houshold goods. I took the recomendation of U-Haul repesentative and coordinated a mutually convineint time (5:30-6:00 PM to meet the mover. I call the mover at 6:00 PM to see if he was still planning to meet me and he responded yes he would be there in 10-15 minutes. At 8:45 the mover texed me and said he was not make it. This was highly unprofessional and if U-Haul is willing to recomend organizations such as this local mover they should do their homework because this is the very type of lack of service that would cause me not to rent from this particular location every again.
